Interface IImageProcessor
Defines an algorithm to alter the pixels of an image. Non-generic IImageProcessor implementations are responsible for:
- Encapsulating the parameters of the algorithm.
- Creating the generic IImageProcessor<TPixel> instance to execute the algorithm.
